Stream a hypnotic, overblown new track from Glass Gang

The Brooklyn trio fuse beats with swathes of guitar noise in ‘Broken’

Brooklyn three-piece Glass Gang don't like to show their faces, but that doesn't matter too much as their strung-out, spacey rock speaks volumes. Their darkly ecstatic last single "Sell It All" pitched up and tore apart the plaintive vocals of Lizzy Plapinger of MS MR, and this one, appropriately called "Broken", feels like the weird and beautiful comedown. With its foreboding bass and taunting handclaps, it's the sound of ratchet gone wrong – as if Salem were in a carcrash with Slowdive.
